Diane Geller
Diane Geller of Gentry Locke, the legal expert of the WCG team, has been a practicing attorney for over 25 years. Prior to entering private practice, Diane served as General Counsel for a $600 million publicly traded company specializing in supplemental staffing, contract staffing, employee leasing, and funding of independent staffing services. As General Counsel, she was responsible for overseeing the daily legal and risk management aspects of the organization.
Her in-house background and private practice experience provides an invaluable perspective when guiding clients through the issues they confront, including contract negotiations, employment law matters, receivables financing, franchise law issues, litigation, and general corporate matters.
Susan Klein
Susan Klein, BA, CCLP, CC, CMC, and Master Certified Coach, is passionate about coaching. Since 1990 she’s specialized in coaching corporate executives, managers, and business owners in leadership development, communication skills, accountability, cultural transformation and fulfillment of their most important visions. Her clients are generally seeking a more integrated life, yet wish to go beyond their high levels of achievement.
Susan also develops and conducts a cadre of courses and trainings for managers and executives, such as The Strengths Success System- A Solution for Motivation; The Power of Accountability- A Solution for Communication, Clarity, Certainty; The Emotionally Intelligent Organization-A Coach Approach; Coaching Skills for Leaders. In addition, she is the author of the booklet titled Simple Tips for the Over-Committed, Over-Scheduled Person.
Paula Roy
Paula Roy is a global leader in behavioral interviewing and selection strategies. Over the course of 20 years as a training and organizational development leader, Paula has designed and delivered comprehensive learning and development programs in the outsourcing, retail, manufacturing, staffing, and financial services industries.
A recognized expert in behavioral interviewing and in developing comprehensive selection strategies, Paula has implemented these methods in corporate environments across the nation. She has used a comprehensive project management system to develop the productivity and effectiveness of sales teams, project teams, and executives.
Paula earned her degree in communication and management and has completed extensive study and research in adult learning theory and methodology.
David Searns
David, the marketing expert at WCG, is President of Haley Marketing Group, a relationship marketing services firm. Haley Marketing offers a unique relationship marketing process that helps companies to stand out, stay top-of-mind, and win more business. They provide a range of services to satisfy the marketing needs and budgets of most types of firms.
Prior to forming Haley Marketing, David was Director of Marketing for a western New York company. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Clarkson University.
Minx Boren
Minx Boren is a Master Certified Coach, the highest level of certification offered by the International Coach Federation. A trained nutritionist and a holder of many advanced trainings and certifications in the art and science of coaching, she has built a practice that supports individuals, groups, and organizations in integrating keen self-awareness with healthy self-care in order to achieve optimal performance in their careers and in their lives. Minx’s astute insights and ability to support her clients in living productive and fulfilling lives have brought her invitations to serve on the Boards of several important non-profit organizations, including the Arthur R. Marshall Foundation, Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, and Women’s Foundation of Palm Beach County.
A sensitive and inviting presenter with a sharp intellect, Minx has presented at diverse venues including businesses, colleges, and organizational meetings. She has served as an adjunct professor at FAU-LLS, and is a motivational speaker, a writer, and a facilitator trained in the Art of Convening. Most recently, Minx is bringing an understanding of the brain and how it works into her approach for integrating body, mind, and spirit for success.
