Since 1995, Scott Wintrip has personally coached and mentored executives, leaders, and producers from organizations across the globe. Annually, these individuals have improved the growth and profitability of their collective companies by an average of at least $40 million dollars. That’s more than $700 million dollars in positive economic impact through 2012.
The coaching and mentoring program is offered at three tiers of service:
OPTION 1 – Mentorship
The mentorship program provides you with six months of unlimited access to Scott Wintrip or one of our other Master Coaches by phone, e-mail, fax, and mail.
To qualify for the mentorship program, you must first complete the coaching or immersion option.
OPTION 2 – Coaching
Includes the unlimited access in Option 1 and includes a highly structured relationship with additional accountability for meeting goals during your six-month term of service. Together, we will create a prioritized list of desired outcomes and goals, along with:
- A detailed game plan with specific completion dates, and
- Scheduled contact times to discuss accomplishments and any obstacles preventing tasks from being completed.
OPTION 3 – Intensive
Includes Options 1 and 2 plus two days with Scott Wintrip at our Tampa office or one of our other Master Coaches to jump start the process. Our agenda, which we will create prior to your arrival, can include all aspects of running an effective company. You are welcome to bring someone with you to the two-day meeting.
The fee for the option you choose below is required to begin the process or to claim a place on the waiting list. This fee is nonrefundable.
